Raw HCP data arrives in non-standard formats across multiple intake cycles. Full cleaning, master reconciliation, CRM upload and QA verification is performed at programme management level for every onboarding batch. This work is the prerequisite for all engagement metrics in this report.

In Year 2, the Content Strategist operated at 122.7% utilisation β contributing ~305 operational hours beyond planned scope, equivalent to ~38 incremental working days. The multi-team approval workflow across 15+ Marketing and 9+ Medical SPOCs has fundamentally transformed the role. A single FTE cannot sustain both content strategy and stakeholder orchestration at this scale without compromise to quality or TAT.
